A series of tools are available from the iTaxoTools Galaxy webserver, under the following link:
http://galaxy.itaxotoolsweb.org/Some of the programs included in iTaxoTools have been implemented on the websites of other institutitions. Especially, the Paris museum (MNHN) offers web implementations of ABGD, ASAP and LIMES. Especially the ASAP webtool offers a series of interactive options not available in the iTaxoTools version:
